Who We Are

We are a family inspired to go into business for ourselves after our experience with the lack of quality video game themed party decorations on the market. We are full time working in our business unlike most who advertise on auction style websites who often don't meet shipping times because they work full time jobs. All Minecraft party decorations, Halo party decorations, and Grand Theft Auto party decorations are handmade by us and are not licensed official products due to them being handmade. We are consistently adding new items to our inventory so please keep coming back. Please let us know if you have difficulty with any part of the site as well and we will get it fixed. Where's my order?

Orders are shipped Parcel Select or First Class USPS Mail which is 2-8 days delivery time. If Tracking info is available it will be sent to you. Please add your party date in the order so that we can ensure timely delivery. Communication is key, please contact us as soon as possible if you have any concern and we will respond in 24 hours or sooner. ALSO if your party is the same week of your order, PLEASE understand your shipping costs are different therefore we need to do a custom order for you so please do not order from site without contacting us first. We are always happy to assist last minute buyers but help us help you by contacting us first :)

How do I update or cancel my order?

Please contact us with your request and we are more than happy to accommodate you. If we have shipped already and you wish to cancel, please write "refuse" on package and drop in mailbox. We will refund you the cost of item but will retain any shipping costs. If the issue was our mistake, we will gladly refund you in full. For canceling an order before it shipped, please contact us and we will refund you in FULL :)

Are custom orders accepted? Sending as Gift?

personalization's requests are available on most items. Some items include this option in the price, or gives you an option at checkout to select. If in doubt, please contact us and we will respond in 24 hours or sooner. Please add a note to your order during checkout and/or send us an email to ensure we have the correct shipping address if shipping address is different than your billing :)

What do I do if my order is under review?

Please ensure your account is verified if paying through electronic check. Common issues and hold ups are caused by electronic check options. We don't ship until we receive funds and it typically takes 3-5 business days with that option. Debit, Direct Checkout or Credit are better options. The Paypal option is quickest for shipping as the funds become avail right away.
